I bought it simply because it was so adorable. It's just cute, nothing more than that. Just a tint in a cute tube. The formula is decent since it's from Peripera, but the color was a miss. When I applied it, my friend asked if I'd been secretly eating tteokbokki. I only used it once and then stopped. I thought about trying it again, but then I wondered if that cushion applicator was even hygienic, so I discontinued use altogether. I wish I had chosen a different shade. It doesn't seem like a strange color, but for some reason, it looked odd on my lips. Being compared to tteokbokki was quite shocking... - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinAcne SkinJan 12, 2017
I love the matte finish. It's priced at $8 for 8ml. The cushion applicator helps it apply smoothly with a matte effect. The color is beautiful too - not too orange, not too red, just right. It's no joke when it clings to dead skin cells... Also, it feels quite drying and heavy on the lips. Applying lip balm first helps it go on smoother and reduces the heavy feeling. - yo********Dry SkinSensitive SkinAtopic SkinJan 29, 2015
The color is beautiful. Hmm, that's about it. It's extremely matte. You need to use this when your lips are completely free of dead skin cells. If there's even a little bit, it looks absolutely dreadful. Only buy this if you're diligent about lip care. - jm*****Oily SkinJan 10, 2015
A gorgeous coral-red (red-orange) shade. Flatters both warm and cool skin tones. Incredible value for money with a generous amount of product. The cushion applicator makes it easy to apply. Extremely prone to emphasizing dead skin cells (intensely matte, exfoliation is a must). The tube packaging makes it difficult to control the amount dispensed. The applicator gets dirty quickly (unhygienic). You need to apply a tiny amount. When applied sparingly, it gives a natural look like your own lips (honestly, if applied well, it looks absolutely stunning). Since it's matte, applying lip balm over it adds moisture and enhances the appearance. It can also double as a blush, which is a fantastic bonus. - Hwahae UserOily SkinAcne SkinAtopic SkinDec 8, 2014
As a Peripera tint enthusiast, I found the color of this Peris cushion tint absolutely gorgeous. When I wear it to meet friends, some joke that I've painted my lips, but I love that intense look. If you're into tints that have a matte, lipstick-like finish with rich pigmentation, I highly recommend this! The issue is you have to squeeze the tint tube by hand to control the amount, which is tricky. At first, too much comes out, wasting product on tissues. Once you've used it a bit, you have to really squeeze hard to get any out. The tube is also very stiff, making it difficult to dispense. These aspects were quite frustrating. Moreover, I'm really disappointed considering the price. It's around $10, but I regret not buying something else instead. Maybe it's because it's winter, but it emphasizes dead skin cells terribly and is extremely drying. If I try to use it with lip balm, it's a disaster and I end up having to remove it all. It might be better to use this in summer. I wouldn't recommend it to those who prefer a natural look. Even though I'm a Peripera fan, I really can't recommend this product.
