From the popular Peripera Ink The Velvet series, this is one product that doesn't contain the troublesome red pigment 202 that tends to irritate my lips! I love its deep red-orange shade. As time passes, it gradually shifts from a vibrant coral to pink, which is quite frustrating... - mo*********Combination SkinInner DrynessJun 1, 2025
The color was beautiful and similar to the shade I usually wear. The lip color matches closely with what's shown in the product photo. The application doesn't suit me well, making it difficult to use. It's challenging to create a gradient effect, and it feels like oil floating on water. The pigmentation is true to the image, which is a plus. However, the texture and application might not work for everyone, especially if you're looking to achieve a gradient lip look. The formula seems to separate on the lips, which could be an issue for some users. - ho****Combination SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsSebum/BlackheadsWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresDead Skin CellsJan 3, 2025
It absorbs beautifully and stains the lips for a long time, which I love The color isn't what I expected. It has a mature, somewhat dated tone that I'm not fond of. I don't find myself reaching for it often... - a6*******Oily SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedSep 28, 2024
I tested the 'Sunshine Warning' shade at Olive Young, and the color was a mix of neon, pink, and orange tones. The dominant hue is a neon-tinged pink, so I'd recommend 'Sunshine Warning' for those who look good in fluorescent shades. The staying power is quite impressive. There's nothing particularly disappointing about this product. For longer-lasting wear, try applying it with a brush. - wn*******Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsEnlarged PoresRecommendedJun 10, 2024
Peripera Ink The Velvet [Peri Weather Forecast] The soft, bouncy whipped cream texture adheres smoothly to the fine lines of your lips, creating a flawless finish. #SunshineAlert This shade instantly brightens your complexion! It's a vibrant peach-orange color that works hard to illuminate your face! I've always been a fan of Peripera tints and use them regularly. There's nothing I find disappointing about them. - Hwahae UserDry SkinAcne SkinBrightening/Dark SpotsDark CirclesInner DrynessWrinkles/ElasticityEnlarged PoresRecommendedMar 10, 2024
I've been using this for a year now, on my 4th bottle! That's how much I love it!! If you have a deep undertone and bright complexion like me, I absolutely recommend giving this a try. Downsides? There aren't really any... If I had to pick something, maybe the packaging isn't very pretty? If you have a deep undertone and bright complexion, you must try this! I always apply Clio's Dawn Cloud Coral as a base and use this as a highlight. - sh********Dry SkinInner DrynessRecommendedFeb 22, 2024
The vibrant color really brightens up your face. It seems like a great affordable tint for everyday use. Nothing particularly bad. Just be mindful of the amount you apply... a mirror is essential. Some reviews mention the color being too fluorescent, but if you apply it in small dots and then blend it out, you can achieve a more natural look. - ve*****Oily SkinWrinkles/ElasticityRecommendedJan 12, 2024
The color is a vibrant neon red. If you're specifically looking for a bold, fluorescent shade... After applying it, I was startled by my own reflection in the mirror. The color is so intense that I probably won't purchase it. The swatch shown is after wiping it off with a tissue several times, and it's still incredibly bright. - wl*********Combination SkinSensitive SkinSebum/BlackheadsInner DrynessRecommendedNov 13, 2023
Lip skin type: Dry Product merit: Vibrant coral pink shade Review: - Moisturizing: Matte finish - Application: Spreads easily like a mousse despite being matte - Scent: Nothing particularly noteworthy - Staying power: Quite good, though it may transfer to masks. Brighter shades tend to stain better - Case leakage: Better than previous lines in the range, pleasantly surprised by how well it stays sealed Overall: A color worth trying if you're feeling adventurous with deep undertones! If you use shade 21 and have warm-toned skin, this could be a great option. Would repurchase! As expected with long-lasting formulas, it can be quite matte. Make sure to moisturize your lips beforehand! I'm still monitoring how well the case holds up over extended use, as I tend to keep my products quite clean. For a beautiful color payoff, apply a thick layer of lip balm, blot it off slightly, then apply the color. - Hwahae UserCombination SkinSensitive SkinRecommendedAug 1, 2023
The color is a vibrant pink with a drop of bright red. True to its 'velvet' name, it applies smoothly with a matte finish that's soft to the touch. The staying power is quite impressive. I was looking for the most vivid orange shade possible, but this leans more pink than I expected. While the staying power is good, it oddly transfers a lot. Recommended for those seeking a blend of red and pink tones!
