The application is super easy - just spray it on problem areas after showering. The 360-degree spray makes it easy to use even by yourself! It feels a bit tingly when you first apply it, but that's how you know it's working hard. I've been using it for almost a year now, and my back acne and scars have significantly reduced! It's definitely earned its place as my holy grail, staple product! My skin isn't particularly sensitive, so it was fine for me. However, those with super sensitive skin might find it a bit irritating.
