The SAEM Healing Tea Garden Tea Tree Cleansing Water is my holy grail cleansing water - I'm already on my second bottle! First off, its cleansing effectiveness is outstanding. As someone with combination dehydrated skin, I love that it's not too sticky and feels great on my skin. While I'm a bit concerned about some PEG ingredients, I personally didn't experience any blemishes or irritation.
Those PEG ingredients do worry me a bit. I wish they could find a way to remove them. If the formula was cleaner, I'd repurchase this in a heartbeat. But because of that, I keep losing interest in buying it again and feel tempted to switch to a low pH cleanser with better ingredients...
Although it says you can cleanse with just this water without rinsing, I always felt like my makeup wasn't fully removed and it left me feeling uneasy. So I always followed up with a cleansing foam for a double cleanse.
