Feeling: 3 out of 5 stars This lip balm is packed with high concentrations of conditioning agents and essences that really transform the texture of your lips. It's ideal for dry, rough lips throughout all seasons. When you apply it, it creates a plump, hydrated effect without any stickiness or slipperiness—absolutely wonderful! Shine and Luminosity: 5 out of 5 stars This is seriously no joke! I tested it on dry, flaky lips and the transformation is pure magic. It completely hides any imperfections and leaves your lips looking glossy and beautifully moisturized.
