      I heard that evening primrose seed oil could help with menopausal symptoms, so I started looking for it and ended up trying borage oil instead, which I've been taking regularly... When I went to Seoul National University Hospital for hair loss concerns, they recommended this product, so I've been using it, but honestly, it hasn't made much of a difference with my hair loss...
      I've tried other brands too, but borage oil and evening primrose supplements come in pretty large capsule sizes...
      Please take it with plenty of water to make sure it goes down smoothly.
