I usually buy health supplements from Olive Young, and when I compare the catechin products they carry, I see: MetaGreen 360mg MaxCut Pro 400mg GMN Green Cut Catechin After 400mg Green One 350mg There are more options, but I'm only listing the ones with higher concentrations. 3. The problem with this product is that you need to take 4 pills daily. I bought this because it came as a bundle with Garcinia at a really great price point. 4. With the Garcinia supplement, you only need 2 pills, so one bottle lasts two months. When you take it consistently, you finish it in two months. But with this one, you're supposed to take 2 pills twice a day, and I kept forgetting... so after four months, there's still plenty left. 5. Because of that, you'd need to take all 4 pills for it to work properly, but I didn't see any real results after four months. The main effect of catechin is supposed to be better digestion, but that wasn't happening either. 6. Actually, this is a bit of an awkward topic, but when you take catechin and eat something greasy like spicy noodles, you'll notice the difference in your bathroom visits. Basically, the fat isn't being absorbed and is being eliminated instead. That's how catechin works. 6. Anyway, even if the concentration is high, having to take so many pills isn't ideal. That's why I was thinking about going back to MetaGreen or Green One. Green One has the best value for money. 7. Since this also has a good price, if you're someone who can stay consistent with taking your supplements, go for this one. 400mg formulas are pretty rare. Here's to all of us staying slim and healthy. When you take catechin, you absolutely need to take milk thistle too. If you don't also take Vitamin C and B, you can damage your liver. For someone dedicated enough to take 4 pills every single day without fail, this is the best value supplement on the market. Milk thistle Vitamin C Vitamin B Make sure to take these consistently.

Me encanta el precio tan accesible. Aunque al principio dudaba si realmente funcionaría, la verdad es que he notado resultados. Estoy gratamente sorprendida. Creo que funcionaría mejor si lo combinas con ejercicio regular. En cuanto a tomarlo, no hay ninguna dificultad, es muy fácil de usar.
