I have sensitive, redness-prone skin, and I'm particularly reactive to oils, heavy textures, strong vitamins, and alcohol. My pores have always been a concern, but as I've gotten older, the oiliness has naturally decreased and things seem to be improving on their own. Sunscreen tends to trigger breakouts for me, so I'm always hunting for an allergy-free option. So far, the new Hera blue jar sunscreen seems to be my perfect match! When I use Chanel and Yves Saint Laurent lip products, my lips get irritated and flaky—same thing happens with Nuxe's honey lip balm. Honestly, Bepanthen lip balm is the only one that works for me. It's my holy grail! For hair care, I prefer that squeaky-clean, polished finish over heavy moisturizing formulas, and I'm more into hair essences than rinses or conditioners. Compared to other L'Occitane shampoos, I found the scent a bit disappointing. It has a fairly neutral fragrance, but if I had to describe it, it leans masculine. The scent feels a little off, and there's this slightly sharp minty note that I'm not totally loving.
