I always make sure to take Ankook health eye supplements regularly, depending on the type. I love that they use plant-based capsules, so I feel confident taking them, and they don't cause any stomach upset. Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued, so I wasn't able to keep taking it consistently. I'm disappointed that it's been discontinued. Lutein from Ankook seems to be the most well-known brand. Honestly, I haven't noticed dramatic results, but I keep taking it consistently because I care about maintaining my eye health. Para cuidar la salud de tus ojos, es genial tomarlo de forma regular. No es que tenga efectos milagrosos, pero cuando dejo de hacerlo, siento que me falta algo, así que sigo tomándolo. He escuchado que los fumadores no deberían tomar luteína, así que asegúrate de investigar bien antes de consumirlo.

No tengo quejas reales, pero como no se nota el efecto de inmediato, tendré que ser constante y seguir tomándolo regularmente.
