    Golden Slender Diet When you're watching your weight, this is a great product to use. It helps reduce body fat with garcinia, and psyllium husk makes it easier to stay regular when you want to keep things moving smoothly. Honestly, when I'm dieting, I tend to skip meals, so staying regular becomes really difficult. But with this product, I notice a real difference. It's not like I'm going crazy with results or anything, but it definitely helps me process what I eat and keeps things balanced.
    Compared to other Golden Slender products, this one isn't as effective at keeping you regular, so I'd probably stick with the basic Golden Slender formula and take a separate garcinia supplement instead. That said, it's not like the psyllium husk content is weak compared to other brands—it's actually pretty solid. It's just that the other Golden Slender options work so noticeably better that I'm a little disappointed with this one.
    I've mentioned this in reviews of other Golden Slender products too, but here's how I'd break it down: If you want a high psyllium husk content and are looking for serious results, go for Ultra. If you like a decent amount of psyllium husk but don't want it to feel overwhelming and you care about getting good value for your money, the Original is your pick. And if you're taking garcinia and want a slightly higher psyllium husk content to support your weight management goals, the Diet version should work perfectly for you.
