It has these little granules in it that gently massage across your face while delivering intense moisture. Since it contains squalane, it can feel a bit rich, so I'd recommend it more for dry and combination skin types rather than oily skin. The formula is unique, and honestly, it's a really great toner! That said, it's a bit heavy, so I either skip it in summer or if I use it year-round, I keep my skincare routine lighter during the warmer months. I actually use this as a sheet mask treatment when my skin's acting up, and afterward, my complexion looks absolutely radiant.
    The squalane ingredient makes the finish feel a bit slick and oily on the surface. People say it's pricey, but I always wait for a sale to grab it.
    How to use as a sheet mask: Pour about 1.5cm of toner into a small cup, add 2 pumps of squalane serum, soak a cotton pad in the mixture, apply it to your face, and leave it on for 15 minutes. When you remove it, your skin feels deeply hydrated and plump, giving you that gorgeous glow. After you wake up the next morning and wash your face, your skin looks incredibly dewy and moisturized.

    My mom has very dry skin and absolutely loves this product - she uses it regularly. I was curious about the slurry-like texture since I usually prefer water-based formulas, so I tried it myself. While it felt a bit heavy for my skin type, it was perfect for my mom. She applies it twice, letting it absorb between applications, and says her skin feels hydrated throughout the afternoon without that tight, parched feeling. Even one application felt heavy on me, but for very dry skin types, this seems like a great match. Since my mom and I have different skin types, products that work for me sometimes cause issues for her, but we've both tried this one and neither of us experienced any irritation. Of course, results can vary from person to person. In summary, if you love lightweight toners, this might feel too rich for you. But if you have very dry skin and appreciate that satisfying, nourishing feeling from the toner step - where it delivers moisture and has that slightly viscous texture that feels like you're applying a proper treatment - this could be a great option for you.
    I have dry skin but not extremely dry, and I prefer lightweight formulas, so this felt too heavy for me. I'm really drawn to toners that absorb quickly and feel like water on the skin, but this isn't a water-based toner at all. When I applied it, the texture felt somewhere between a toner and an essence - it required some gentle patting to help it absorb properly. Even after letting it fully absorb, it left a slick, sticky feeling like I'd layered a slippery essence on top, and that texture just wasn't for me.
