I was worried it might look patchy since I naturally have darker lips, but not at all! It adheres perfectly like a glossy finish. If you love muted tones, this is absolutely perfect for you. Honestly, there's not much to complain about. If I really had to nitpick, the compact closes a bit stiffly, but it's minor. When I use it as a base and layer a glossy tint on top, there's no patchiness and it looks gorgeous. This lipstick lasted about three months, which is impressive, and the color is absolutely gorgeous. I'd definitely recommend picking this up during Olive Young's sales events. This shade works beautifully as a subtle base, and when I want to emphasize my eyes with a bolder look, it gives me that perfect nude tone without feeling too sheer. This shade is absolutely perfect for cool summer skin tones! If you love a matte lip finish, you have to try this one! The case though... something about it feels a bit dated. Honestly, a simple round case would have done the job just fine.

Since I'm pretty sensitive to undertones, I noticed it looked warmer on my lips than on my wrist, if that makes sense. I can't wear it alone, so I've been blending it with other shades. It has a soft, powdery finish with great adhesion and smooth application, though the wear time is just okay. This gorgeous rose-toned shade is absolutely stunning! I'd recommend it for anyone with cool or deep cool undertones. The matte finish is quite heavy and challenging to apply. If you have deep undertones, this shade might feel too dark and muddy for everyday wear.

The shades are so versatile and flattering; they look beautiful even when applied as a base, and honestly, a single swipe gives you a gorgeous result. I really can't find any downsides. I picked up one of their curated sets, and even the mini water tint inside has amazing color payoff and impressive staying power—I'm definitely planning to buy more.
