It has a similar scent to rosemary scalp scaling shampoo, I'd say? If I'd paid full price instead of getting it on sale, I would've been really upset. First of all, the press cap lid is incredibly inconvenient, and because of the formula's consistency, it doesn't dispense well when turned upside down. I've been using it upside down anyway. I seriously question whether they even tested the usability before launching this. Even if they'd included a separate pump, I doubt the experience would've been this disappointing. Results: Being silicone-free means I can use it on my scalp too, which nourishes my hair beautifully. Thanks to that, I haven't experienced any scalp issues. While it does seem to strengthen my hair, I don't notice much shine or smoothness. Subtle herbal fragrance. The formula is excellent and since it's silicone-free, even sensitive scalps can use it with confidence. It's on the pricier side, and I didn't really notice any improvement in my hair texture.
