This cleanser is so gentle that it didn't cause any skin irritation. I used it with a foaming pump dispenser instead of a cotton pad, and it works perfectly as a first cleanse to remove sunscreen. Waterproof products are tough to remove, so I soaked a cotton pad thoroughly and let it sit on my skin for about 5 minutes before wiping it off. Even after that, I still had a lot of residue left behind. Compared to other cleansing waters, this one causes way less eye irritation, and my skin that got upset from using Bioderma water before is finally bouncing back. Love it! It removes makeup around the eyes without any irritation at all. It's not greasy and cleanses so thoroughly, it feels like you just washed your face. I'm really happy to have found a cleansing product I love after such a long time. This product has absolutely no downsides. I'd give it top marks in every single way.
