      I started taking these in March because of stress-related hair loss, and I've been consistently taking two daily. I've tried biotin pills before, but they seemed hard on my stomach, so I decided to give the gummy version a shot this time. First of all, they taste like strawberry, which makes them so easy to remember to take! Supplements only work if you stick with them consistently, and because these taste great, I actually look forward to taking them. Plus, when I checked the ingredient list, I saw they contain vitamins B and D, so I'm getting those essential nutrients too, which I really appreciate. After a month of taking them, I can definitely see results! I was skeptical at first since I also switched shampoos around the same time, but when I stopped taking them for a bit, my hair started falling out the way it used to. That's when I realized these really do make a difference! I'm planning to keep taking them regularly from now on.
      The gummy texture does stick to your teeth, which is pretty much unavoidable. If you wear braces, you'll want to be extra careful with these. Also, because of the gelatin coating, it's a bit tricky to separate each gummy when you want to take them.

If you take 2 pieces per serving, you'll hit 10,000% of your daily value. You can take 1 to 2 pieces daily. I noticed visible results in just one week of taking it. This is the best, and I'm sticking with it forever.
      If you store it in the refrigerator, the texture becomes quite firm for a gummy. Just be aware of that.
