This is hands down the best lip mask I've ever tried. The tube format with its toothpaste-like consistency makes it so easy to control how much product I use. When I apply it to my lips, it spreads evenly and doesn't clump up at all. I can use it both as a lip balm and as a lip mask depending on what I need. When I'm using it as a mask, I squeeze out a generous amount and apply it thickly. The sticky formula really adheres to my lips and stays put for hours. Even the next morning after sleeping, some of it is still there, and when I wake up, my lips feel incredibly soft and smooth. When I use it as a lip balm, I pick the tinted red version and apply just a tiny bit with a gradient technique. It creates such a natural, rosy flush on my lips. It lasts longer than most lip balms and the hydration is amazing, so I reach for it all the time when I'm going makeup-free or keeping things minimal, especially when I'm wearing a mask. The biggest downside is that it's become really hard to get this specific product anymore. I can only buy it when I travel abroad, and this line has been discontinued. They reformulated it and relaunched it, but from what I remember, the international reviews weren't great after the change. Plus, it costs $26, which is pretty steep. Don't get me wrong, the results are fantastic, but for a lip balm, that's not exactly a bargain price. And honestly, when I use both the lip balm and lip mask regularly, they run out surprisingly fast. - ba*******Da khôDa nhạy cảmĐược đề xuất26/02/2020 (UTC+0)
This is honestly my absolute favorite product, but I need to be upfront with you about something important. Byte completely reformulated their entire line to be 100% vegan starting in 2020, so what you're buying now is basically a completely different product even though it has the same name. Please keep this in mind! If you can get your hands on the version they sold before the reformulation, up through 2019, that's the real deal—it genuinely delivers amazing results and I absolutely love it. Like I mentioned, anything from Byte that came out in 2020 and after is basically a totally different product wearing the same name. The color selection is nothing like it used to be—you won't find those natural, beautiful red tones anymore. They've only released two shades so far, and honestly, the colors are really disappointing. The performance just isn't there either. It's really unfortunate. - dh**********Da hỗn hợpDa mụn27/05/2019 (UTC+0)
It has a mask-like feel, so I think my lips will feel better the next day I experienced an allergic reaction... I almost had a disaster when hives appeared on my lips the next day - ma*****Da khôDa mụnĐược đề xuất23/09/2018 (UTC+0)
I love that it's safe to ingest! Honestly, when you apply a lip balm, you inevitably end up swallowing a little bit, but this one tastes so sweet that it makes it even better. Plus, there's way more product than I expected, and since I can apply it sparingly like an ointment, it lasts me until the expiration date without any waste. After using it for a while, the surface gets worn down and the label fades away. So to keep it looking as fresh as when I first got it, you really can't throw away the packaging. Also, even though it's a magenta color, when you apply it to your lips it comes out looking like a deeper pink shade, and it feels really heavy on the lips, so it's not practical for everyday wear. True to its name, when you apply a generous layer like a lip mask before bed, you wake up the next morning with noticeably plumper, more hydrated lips that look absolutely luscious. - yo*********Da hỗn hợp22/07/2017 (UTC+0)
My lips are naturally prone to dryness and chapping, and nothing seemed to work until I found this. I've been repurchasing it for two years straight. After finishing my first one, I loved it so much I bought two more—one for the bathroom and one for my handbag. Now I apply it whenever I get a chance, and my lips stay perfectly soft and hydrated even through winter without any cracking. The formula is packed with agave, which delivers incredible moisture. I did try their tinted version, but it wasn't as impressive, so I stick with the original. I typically go through one in about three months, and I've probably bought around ten by now. Since it doesn't have SPF, I love applying a generous layer before bed. Even when my lips get dry and flaky, one swipe of this followed by a gentle tissue rub leaves them smooth and polished. I usually get irritated when I wear just lip gloss, so I rarely use lip products, but when I apply this before makeup, by the time I'm ready to do my face, my lips are in the perfect condition for color. It's my travel essential—I always pack it with my hand cream. My husband normally refuses to wear anything on his face, but when I apply this to his lips, he becomes a lamb about it. I'm so worried they might discontinue it that I always keep extras on hand. For a lip balm, the price is quite steep. At Sephora it's twenty-six dollars, and once you add tax and shipping, it gets even more expensive. Since this brand hasn't officially launched in Korea yet, the price there is even higher. That said, this is more of a product characteristic than a true drawback, but because the moisture content is so rich, the texture is a bit thick and sticky. So if you have long hair and it blows in the wind, it can occasionally stick to your lips. If you're traveling to the US or Canada, definitely pick this up at Sephora. - bo******Da trung tính11/02/2017 (UTC+0)
I decided to try this product after hearing that the ingredients used to make it are so pure and safe that they're even edible. The formula is incredibly rich and creamy, and once I apply it, it absorbs beautifully into my lips and stays put for hours. I find the lasting power is much better than other lip balms I've used. My lips tend to be quite dry and sensitive, but this creates a protective barrier that keeps them feeling soft and hydrated. I'm really impressed with how nourished my lips feel! Just as I'd heard, the formula is so thick and dense that it's not easy to squeeze out of the tube. I have to press really hard to get enough product out, and honestly, I'm sometimes worried the sides of the tube might burst from all the squeezing. It's a bit of a hassle! I've found a workaround that works well for me. I squeeze out a small amount and apply it with my finger, gently patting it onto my lips. Then I use any leftover product on my hands and cuticles. I've noticed some people dispense it into a small container instead, which could be a great solution if you find the squeezing frustrating every time. That way, you can just dip your finger in whenever you need it! - ad*********Da thiếu nướcDa nhạy cảmDa dị ứngKhô từ bên trongNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toMẩn đỏTế bào da chết24/01/2017 (UTC+0)
Apply a small amount before bed, and you'll wake up with incredibly soft, moisturized lips that take any lipstick beautifully! During the day, I use just a tiny bit before applying lipstick, and it works wonderfully. I've tried many lip balms, but this one absorbs so well, has zero flaking or pilling, and lasts incredibly long. Recently, my lips felt a bit dry and uncomfortable, so I applied this before bed and they were completely better by morning. My skin is sensitive and prone to both dryness and oiliness with occasional breakouts, so even though this contains natural oils and butters that aren't ideal for oily skin, I haven't experienced any issues whatsoever. It's fragrance-free and absolutely fantastic! What really matters is that Bite Beauty is the lip brand I trust most for its ingredients, and this product actually delivers results. I'm genuinely impressed with it. The tube opening is so small that it clogs after a few uses. I had to carefully enlarge the opening with a sterilized blade to make it work better. It didn't leak after that, thankfully. It would be more convenient if it had a direct applicator opening, but honestly, since such a tiny amount goes such a long way, squeezing it out like an ointment is actually fine. I haven't repurchased yet because the tube still has so much product left even after regular use. Really, use just a tiny amount and gently tap it in with your fingertips. I remember once carelessly squeezing out a bit too much and ending up with excess product, so I just rubbed it on my hands instead. Learn from my mistake!
