I picked up a sample of this a while back, and I'm finally getting around to sharing my thoughts. It's not bad at all, honestly. The only thing is that the sample size is so tiny that I can't really tell if it's a perfect match for my skin or not. I'm usually not a fan of products that feel too oily, but this one didn't bother me in that way. The texture spreads nicely too, which was a pleasant surprise. I wish this came in a tube format instead. For sensitive skin types like mine, having 60 different ingredients feels like a lot to handle. This moisturizing cream is absolutely wonderful for dry skin. The formula is incredibly rich and luxurious, so you really feel the thickness and nourishment when you apply it. That said, if you're dealing with skin irritation or inflammation, this product won't do much for you—it only works its magic when your skin barrier is healthy and your complexion is in its naturally dry state. I've had dry skin my whole life, so I'm parched pretty much every single day of the year. I've tried tons of different products, but when my skin is in normal condition, I just layer this cream twice and I'm set! For the areas where I get those pesky little bumps, I skip this product and use a soothing hydrating cream instead, then apply this one to my cheeks, forehead, and chin before bed. When I wake up the next morning, my skin doesn't feel tight at all. It feels amazing! Honestly, there's nothing really bad about it! The only thing is that since it's a heavier cream formula, you'll probably want to avoid applying it to areas prone to those little bumps. If you have dry skin, I'd recommend applying this cream in two layers before bed at night to really seal in the moisture. I used to just apply essence and then do my makeup, but my makeup would feel a bit tight by afternoon. It's a lightweight cream, but once you apply it, your skin feels incredibly hydrated and moisturized.
