I use it constantly and it's so economical. The color is perfect for my cool undertone, and the saturation is more subtle than expected, so I can apply it anytime without worrying about it looking too bold. The formula has a firm texture but applies smoothly and blends beautifully without feeling dry. It does tend to emphasize dry patches and texture, so if you have flaky lips or fine lines, you might find it a bit challenging. The pencil is thin, which I actually like, so I still use it despite these drawbacks. Definitely use a blending brush with this! If you have textured or flaky lips, a brush is really essential. It makes such a difference compared to applying it with your fingers. The matte finish is absolutely stunning and the color payoff lasts all day. The shade has this lovely floral pink vibe that feels a bit retro-chic in the best way possible. The pencil format is awkward to work with, and the matte texture is so intense that it really emphasizes fine lines and wrinkles. This pencil applies so smoothly and the color really stays put! I love how many shade options are available. Whether you have warm or cool undertones, this single product gives you such a fresh, polished look. The color isn't overly pink—it's that perfect my-lips-but-better shade that works with everything. Since it's a pencil format, you'll need a dedicated sharpener, which is a bit of a hassle. Also, if you don't prep your lips and exfoliate first, it can feel really dry and emphasize any flakiness or texture. Try applying the nude shade all over your lips first, then layer a pop of color on the center for that vibrant, dimensional effect.

This Bourgeois lip crayon never lets me down, seriously every single time I apply it. When I blend it with my liquid rouge, the result is absolutely breathtaking - nobody realizes how beautiful it looks! Since it doesn't have a tint function, the color fades pretty quickly. This is my go-to base shade as a cool-toned winter person. It pairs beautifully with any other color I layer on top. I'm definitely repurchasing this shade. The pencil format requires sharpening, which is a bit inconvenient. On its own, it's almost there but not quite perfect. However, when I blend it with other shades, the combination works amazingly well and I'm really happy with the results. I apply Rose Story as my base, then layer Framboise Griffe on the inner corner to create a gorgeous gradient effect. This combination is perfect.

Doesn't feel dry even when fully applied. The color is a natural, flattering nude that works beautifully on its own. The shade isn't as deep as I expected. There's barely any noticeable difference between this and shade 3.

The color is absolutely gorgeous! It applies beautifully with excellent pigmentation and such a smooth, creamy texture. It stays put all day long. Even though I have a yellow undertone, this shade makes my lips look so bright and luminous. It gets incredibly dry once applied, and my lips feel parched and start to crack. That's why I'm giving it three stars. A lip balm is essential to use with this.
