I'm absolutely thrilled with this! I've tried so many sunscreens, and I think I've finally found my match. What I love: - The shade blends beautifully and naturally (I have fair skin, around shade 21) - no orange cast at all - Some people mentioned it's hard to apply, but I found it has a lovely fluid texture that spreads smoothly. I just use my ring finger to gently tap it on and blend it out - It feels incredibly lightweight. Unlike other mineral sunscreens that can feel heavy and suffocating, this one doesn't have that chalky, mask-like feeling. I actually wear it alone without any makeup - Zero eye irritation. I have really sensitive eyes and can't use most sunscreens, but wow, this one finally doesn't irritate them at all! And it doesn't seem to sting either. I picked up this mineral sunscreen for quick touch-ups before taking my dog out for walks. It's a lightweight liquid formula that flows beautifully. For a mineral sunscreen, it's surprisingly hydrating and leaves my skin feeling comfortable. Most mineral sunscreens start off feeling moisturizing, but then they dry out dramatically over time and can even crack and flake. This one doesn't do that. Even as time passes, my skin stays hydrated and comfortable throughout the day. There's a bit of white cast when you first apply it, but it blends out naturally after a few minutes. The main drawback is that it's only available through international shopping, which is inconvenient. Plus, because it's such a liquid formula, the application can be tricky. If you apply too much at once, it sits on top of your skin and doesn't spread evenly. Another issue is that it doesn't cleanse off as easily as I'd hoped. It feels like it creates a silicone oil barrier that really clings to your skin. Regular foam or gel cleansers won't budge it, and even milk cleansers require a lot of rubbing to remove it. Honestly, no Korean sunscreen I've tried has ever prevented it. I've gone through so many sunscreens trying to find the right one! Four years ago when I visited Japan, I used Biore products during that scorching summer, and my skin didn't tan or darken at all. I was blown away—the product quality was seriously incredible. When the sunscreen craze hit Korea recently, I decided to order Biore again after all this time. I got the Sun Essence type and the Kids version. The Sun Essence has always been great, but I'd never tried the Biore Kids formula before. It's so lightweight and water-like that it absorbs beautifully into the skin! Yes, there's a slight white cast at first, but it melts into your skin within minutes and feels completely natural. The protection is fantastic, and it's perfect for kids too. I'm taking off one star because it's really hard to remove. I didn't cleanse properly, and I ended up with little bumps on my skin! One cleanse definitely isn't enough—you really need to do a thorough double cleanse. Since the sun protection is so strong, it doesn't wash off easily. Going forward, I'll use it generously on my body instead of my face, except when I'm going to be in the sun for extended periods. Make sure to apply it generously all over your body, and always shake the bottle well before using!
