The scent is quite strong, but honestly I've tried even more intense fragrances before, so it doesn't bother me at all. The setting power is impressive compared to lighter formulas, and it doesn't feel heavy or cakey on the skin. I just let the primer sit for about 5 minutes without heat, sprayed it right on, and after 3 minutes it settled beautifully and felt just right. I'm still not sure yet. I'd like to compare the price point with the performance to see if it's worth it. It doesn't look greasy, and it holds everything in place beautifully. The best part is that I can layer it as many times as I want to get exactly the level of hold I'm looking for. The more I apply, the better the staying power! The spray format is definitely convenient, but since I have a dog at home, I find it's best to only use it in the bathroom. It tends to spray everywhere and makes a bit of a mess on the floor. Also, I wish there was more product in the bottle.

This is my first hairspray, and after about 15 minutes, my bangs completely fell flat. It also doesn't wash out easily. After using it over the weekend and then washing my hair morning and night during the week, it still wouldn't come out. Even after soaking my hair and shampooing twice, residue remained. This product works wonderfully! I'd love to see it come out as a hair mascara formula too. I think it would be even better if they released a hair mascara version.

That said, results can vary from person to person. There's honestly nothing to complain about, as long as you're not expecting superhero-level hold.
