Centrum is definitely a brand you can trust with your health. The tablets are quite large, which makes them difficult to swallow. This is a multivitamin I take from time to time. The capsules have an elongated shape that makes them really easy to swallow. I don't really have any complaints. I've been taking products from the Centrum company and they work well for me.

While I didn't notice any dramatic visible results before and after taking it, it contains almost all the nutrients I'm looking for, and I love how convenient it is to take just one capsule daily. Other than the price-to-value ratio being a bit disappointing, I didn't notice any issues! The capsule is on the larger side, so if you have difficulty swallowing pills, this might be a bit challenging for you.
