I switched from Nivea's blue jar, and while people said this cream is heavier than an emulsion, honestly the moisturizing power feels too weak for me. The texture spreads like a rich cream - so smooth and easy to apply. The absorption is really impressive, and it feels great on the oily areas of my face. This moisturizer is really gentle and spreads beautifully on the skin. The absorption is pretty good too. It's basically a mild hydrating product that does what it promises. If you apply it too thickly, it can trigger breakouts. Applies smoothly and spreads beautifully. Absorbs quickly into the skin. The lasting power is shorter than expected, but that's okay. I've been using this for about two weeks now, right around the transition into 2025. Since I've never really done much skincare before, I wasn't sure what would work for me, so instead of trying multiple products at once, I decided to look for something that could do it all. That's how I ended up with this. The most amazing thing? When I apply it in the evening and sleep, then dampen the area with water in the morning, it still feels incredibly hydrated, like there's a light layer of cream sitting on my skin. When I touch it, the cream is actually gone, but the dryness I used to feel has completely disappeared. I'm thinking about using it on my face, hands, and even my feet. The first couple of times I applied the toner and then used this product, I felt a slight stinging sensation that went away quickly. Once the toner was fully absorbed, everything was fine. I learned that this can happen when your skin barrier is compromised. Also, if you have sensitive skin, you might notice a slight medicinal scent at first, but it's not overwhelming, and I got used to it pretty fast.
