I love how gentle this cleanser is! I apply it directly to my dry face and massage it in to emulsify, and it cleanses beautifully without any hassle. Unlike cleansing milks that often leave a residue feeling after washing, this one doesn't have that problem at all. It's really great for sensitive and troubled skin. The pump dispenser makes it so easy and convenient to use, and it keeps things neat and tidy. It does exactly what a basic cleanser should do without any fuss. I honestly can't find anything wrong with it. The quality is great and it works perfectly as a basic cleanser. I'm really satisfied with it. I get some oil buildup around my chin and jawline, so I make sure to massage and roll that area a bit more thoroughly.
