    I got this for my mom because it's supposed to be great for managing menopause symptoms. She's been taking it regularly and seems to be doing well with it, even though the taste isn't anything special.
    The price is quite steep, and honestly, I haven't noticed any dramatic changes. I guess that's just the reality of what supplements can and can't do.
