I picked this up at Traders, and I have to say, I'm really happy with it! The capsules are small, which is why they're called 'mini' I guess, and honestly, that's perfect for me. I'd rather take two smaller ones than struggle with one giant pill. Since I take daily supplements anyway, I usually just swallow them without thinking, but when the capsules are too big, it becomes annoying and uncomfortable. These are so easy to take! After using them, I haven't noticed anything weird or off about them, so they're definitely not a bad choice. I used to be really picky about ingredients like wild-caught fish, supercritical CO2 extraction, and all that technical stuff, but I got tired of overthinking it, so now I'm just trying different products to see what works. This one uses rTG form, which is supposed to have better absorption in your body. I've learned that collagen works better in smaller molecular forms, otherwise your body just passes it through, and the same goes for omega supplements—rTG is definitely the better option. Honestly, there's way more product in here than I expected! And it doesn't seem to be running out anytime soon! I took a class recently, and the instructor mentioned something that really stuck with me. They said that about 99% of people in our country are like 'food illiterate'—we just eat whatever tastes good without checking where it comes from or what's actually in it. It made me think... if we want to build a culture where people can eat with confidence and take care of their health, consumers really need to start choosing quality products. It's not about being difficult or picky for no reason, but about making thoughtful, informed decisions about what we buy. There's honestly so much we need to know these days! - 58********Da hỗn hợpDa mụnBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenKhô từ bên trongLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất30/10/2023 (UTC+0)
I'd recommend this to anyone who finds it annoying to keep track of multiple supplements, since it already has vitamin D included. It's so convenient to get everything in one product! I took it in the evening and experienced some pretty intense heartburn, but once I switched to taking it right after meals, that problem went away.
