    If you can't donate blood due to low iron levels, or if you're someone who deals with anemia, I totally get it.     These chewable tablets are so convenient to take, and they have a pleasant sweet taste. The flavor doesn't have that medicinal aftertaste, which makes them really easy to enjoy. Since they contain both iron and vitamins together, I think they'll help with iron absorption.
    I'm a bit confused that this is classified as candy rather than a health supplement. The ingredient list shows the total amount for all 90 days instead of breaking down the daily serving size, which makes me less confident in the product's transparency.
