    The product is generous in quantity, and compared to other shampoos, it produces so much lather that it lasts much longer than you'd expect for the amount. Before using this, my scalp would feel itchy after a while even right after washing, but since I started using the Biotin shampoo, that itchiness completely disappeared! I think this is honestly the best option. Plus, true to its name with Biotin, I've noticed less hair shedding. My haircut style is the same, but even when my hair thins out, it still maintains volume and doesn't look sparse anywhere. The scent is lovely too.
    The body wash and the Foment Perfume series don't have the best longevity, to be honest. That said, the perfume does last longer than the body wash. At least it doesn't fade away completely.

    I've noticed a dramatic reduction in hair loss in the shower, and I'm absolutely thrilled about it! What really won me over is the scent—it smells like soft baby laundry detergent rather than typical powder fragrance, and I'm completely obsessed with the Pormment Cotton Hug scent. This shampoo is genuinely my favorite! Initially, both my husband and I loved the Pormment Cotton Hug fragrance so much that we decided to try the shampoo version. Every time I wash my hair, that cozy baby laundry and baby blanket scent makes me feel like I'm in heaven. I originally bought it for the amazing fragrance, but then I realized it was actually a biotin hair loss shampoo—what a pleasant surprise! It contains brewer's yeast and biotin, which really work. If you're dealing with significant hair shedding and stiff, unmanageable hair like I was, I highly recommend giving this a try. The lather is fantastic, and the hair texture is noticeably soft and smooth. I'm a repeat customer for sure! The best part? You don't even need conditioner—your hair combs through beautifully on its own!
    Shampoos under ten thousand won are everywhere these days, so twenty-five thousand won per bottle feels pretty pricey. That said, the product quality is so good that I keep buying it despite the cost. The fragrance is totally my style, and I wish it lasted longer. Unfortunately, the scent doesn't have the staying power of a perfume—it only smells fresh while I'm washing and drying my hair, which is disappointing. I'm such a huge fan of the Pormment Cotton Hug scent that I use the perfume, body wash, body emulsion, diffuser, and sachets. But honestly, the shampoo has the weakest fragrance of all of them. I really wish the scent would linger much longer!
    Here's my tip: after shampooing and creating a good lather, don't rinse immediately. Instead, let the foam sit on your scalp for about two minutes, then massage thoroughly before rinsing. Your scalp feels so much cleaner and more nourished this way! When you let the lather soften your scalp slightly before massaging, it improves circulation and helps detangle your hair better, so you experience less hair loss during washing.
