    This warm rose shade with just a hint of beige is the perfect everyday color for all seasons. The soft, warm undertone works beautifully year-round. The premium packaging truly matches the price point. The leather-covered handle combined with the gradient effect between the tint color and black gives it an incredibly luxurious feel. Because it's a cream velvet formula, it applies beautifully smooth with zero dryness. The formula is incredibly lightweight, so there's no heavy feeling, and it applies thinly while still looking sleek and blurred. Even though it's a cream velvet, the finish is a matte that leans toward no-shine, which is perfect for my preference. The peanut-shaped applicator tip makes it easy to apply even on textured lips. While there might be some transfer right after application, once it sets, it transfers noticeably less compared to regular velvet tints. I do use a base with a wake makeup tender move underneath before applying this cream velvet, but even so, it transfers less than other velvet tints I've tried.
    The brand name comes with a hefty price tag. Unless you're buying at duty-free with a big budget, the cost per product is so high that it's hard to justify buying multiple shades. The scent can be hit or miss, and honestly, it's hard to identify exactly what it smells like. It's that fragrance you catch when walking past the cosmetics counter at department stores. While it's not overwhelmingly strong, the subtle scent lingers, so if you're sensitive to fragrance, it might bother you. Also, this cream velvet line appears darker than the official website swatches. The color saturation is medium to low, so expect the actual shade to be slightly darker than what's shown online. I can't speak to the highly saturated shades, but the four colors I bought are close to my-lips-but-better tones, and they're definitely about one shade darker than the official photos. Lastly, when closing the cap tightly after use, it closes misaligned, just like in the final photo. I didn't notice at first, but after accidentally reading a review mentioning the cap closing misaligned, I checked mine and confirmed that when I close it tightly, the cap does close off-center. I haven't dropped it or damaged it in any way, and I've never dropped it at all, so there's no reason for it to be damaged. For such a high price, having the packaging look defective is really disappointing.

    I love that the color is beautiful and the matte formula doesn't leave my skin feeling overly dry
    There's really nothing to complain about, though I imagine people who are sensitive to fragrance might find the scent a bit strong
