I've been taking this consistently because it contains the ingredients I need. It's also quite affordable for what you get. If you can't stand the fishy taste of collagen, you have to try this one. It's genuinely sweet with a lovely peach flavor. Normally I'd put water in my mouth first and then add the powder, but with this one, the powder alone tastes really delicious and satisfying. I also love that it comes in individual packets, and the fact that it contains biotin is a nice bonus. It's sweet, but there's honestly a lot of sugar in it. I only use this on days when I'm avoiding sweets, and I stick with other collagen brands on regular days.
