I've been taking this after meals and I honestly can't detect any fishy taste at all. Since I'm generally good with swallowing pills, going down smoothly isn't a problem for me. The price is really reasonable, and I appreciate the individual packaging. The pills are small too, so taking two a day isn't inconvenient at all.

Since there are so many omega-3 options out there, I specifically searched for and chose a plant-derived ALG omega version because it has better absorption rates. The capsules don't stick to the pills, and you just need to take two daily. When I open the capsule and take a quick sniff, there's a slight fishy smell, but after taking it, I experienced absolutely zero aftertaste or burps with any unpleasant odor. Contains 600mg combined EPA and DHA plus Vitamin E (30%) Since it's made with vegan ingredients, I had zero adverse reactions after taking it, so there really wasn't anything disappointing about it. I found it worked even more effectively for fat breakdown when I took it after eating meat or fatty foods. I'd definitely recommend taking it with meals rather than on an empty stomach!
