The texture feels so natural and the ingredient scent is lovely! My skin feels so calm and comfortable that I've been applying a generous layer before bed, washing it off, and waking up to find my sensitivity has really settled down. I'm definitely planning to repurchase this. Since it's a rinse-off formula, the main downside is that it requires an extra step in my routine, which can feel a bit tedious. Otherwise, I don't really have any complaints.

The scent is lovely and it seems to have a soothing effect on the skin. The texture feels refreshing and I can definitely notice a slight cooling sensation when I apply it. Gentle on skin - definitely less irritating compared to aloe gels. Even if a small amount gets in your eyes, it doesn't sting much. Product concept and design - I originally wanted to try Fresh's Rose Face Mask, and this seemed like the chamomile version of it, so I decided to give it a shot. The simple packaging with visible chamomile botanicals looks great and feels like it would be perfect for your skin. The clear tube makes it easy to see how much product is left. Non-dripping formula - you can use it even in the shower. Even if it accidentally gets on your hair or other areas, it doesn't leave a sticky or wet residue. Many people complained about it being hard to rinse off, but when I rinsed it like a cleansing emulsion - mixing it with water and massaging it out - it actually rinsed off fine. That said, if you expect it to rinse off as quickly and easily as other soothing gels based on its appearance, you might be disappointed. When used briefly during moments when your skin tends to dry out - like during a shower or while blow-drying your hair - it does provide a bit of hydration. It's especially great to use while blow-drying since your skin gets really dry during that time. Many reviews said it had no effect, and honestly, it really didn't do much. It just seemed to prevent dryness while you're wearing it, nothing more. The hydrating and soothing effects felt weaker than aloe gel. The only difference from aloe gel is that this product doesn't drip and doesn't absorb too quickly. If you're looking for real hydration and soothing benefits, sheet masks, aloe masks, or even homemade masks would be better options. Price - while it's not an expensive product, the formula encourages generous use, and the tube is smaller than expected, so the cost per application feels pricey. Honestly, I was hoping for the texture and feel rather than major benefits, and I expected a rich chamomile scent. But the texture is just like applying any regular skin gel, and the chamomile scent is barely noticeable - you only get a faint whiff when you put air in the tube and gently squeeze it near your nose. It seems like if you just added chamomile petals and powder to a non-irritating medical gel, you'd get a similar product. When I used Fresh's Rose Face Mask, maybe because it came in a glass container, there was definitely a refreshing sensation and a feeling of it working on the skin. This product doesn't have that feeling at all, and it's disappointing that it feels like almost nothing. When rinsing, apply water and massage it like you're emulsifying a cleansing oil or emulsion - this helps it rinse off much better. It calms and soothes my skin beautifully while keeping it hydrated and moisturized. This seems like it would be perfect for sensitive skin. The quantity is a bit small. Otherwise, I don't really have any complaints. It's so gentle and really mild. Even when I wonder if it actually works, it really does. Whenever I try other masks and they don't seem to work for my skin, I find myself thinking about buying this one again.

Recently, I've developed sun sensitivity, and I occasionally get dermatitis. Whenever I get professional treatments like laser, microdermabrasion, or chemical peels at the dermatologist, my skin tends to flare up, so I have to be really careful with recovery care afterward. I'm prone to small bumps and breakouts, and while my T-zone and U-zone lean oily, overall my skin is combination and sensitive. Ingredients that work well for me: hyaluronic acid, propolis, centella asiatica extract, aloe, panthenol, allantoin, ceramides, niacinamide, chamomile, calendula, zinc Ingredients that don't work: oil-based ingredients like orange oil, sage oil, rose oil, etc. When I use these, my skin gets red quickly, feels itchy, and I break out. Since this product contains chamomile, it has a really soothing effect that I love. The scent isn't particularly pleasant when I use it, so I find myself reaching for it less often.
