The stick format makes it super convenient to carry around, and true to its ultra-moisturizing promise, it really does eliminate dry, flaky lips. I honestly couldn't find anything to complain about. There really wasn't anything disappointing at all. This lip balm keeps my lips beautifully hydrated and moisturized all day long. I love how it prevents any dryness and keeps my lips feeling soft and comfortable. The only downside is that the lip balm wears down fairly quickly with regular use, but honestly, that's my only complaint.

Since it's autumn and the heater dries everything out, my lips got really chapped. After that, they kept going through this frustrating cycle of healing and cracking again. A coworker at work recommended this product, and honestly, it's like my lips are wrapped in a protective oil barrier now. They've healed so much better! It works really well for me, so I honestly can't think of any downsides.
