The cranberry flavor is so sweet and tasty! Even when I'm too lazy to remember to take it, the flavor makes me want to grab a spoonful anyway! But the real winner? The results are genuinely noticeable! I deal with yeast infections pretty regularly, and when I take this consistently at the first sign of trouble, that uncomfortable feeling (you know, that really unpleasant sensation if you've experienced it) completely disappears!

How long I took it: 2 weeks Results I noticed: While I was also exercising during this time, I think the vaginal probiotics definitely helped speed things up. I can't say it was only because of the supplement, but the combination really seemed to work. How I took it and what it tastes like: The individual packets are so convenient and well-designed. The strawberry flavor is actually delicious, which made it easy to remember to take it every day. Plus, you don't need water to take it, so I could even take it on the go when I didn't have water nearby. The strawberry flavor is so pretty too—the probiotics themselves have this lovely pink color! Who should try this: If you're looking to prevent yeast infections or if you struggle with irregular periods like I do, I'd definitely recommend giving this a try.
    The only downside is that you really need to go to a bigger Olive Young store to find it. That's a bit inconvenient.
    If you keep a few packets in your bag, you won't forget to take them and you'll stay consistent with it.
