      I've been dealing with irritable bowel syndrome with constipation and bloating. I've gone through about three bottles now. Honestly, I was torn between choosing a formula for sensitive digestion versus one for sluggish digestion, since I kept swinging between constipation and diarrhea. But picking the sensitive option was definitely the right call. I used to get these awful cramping pains whenever I needed to go, and that's completely gone now. Plus, having one healthy bowel movement a day has naturally cleared up my constipation too. The worst part about having irritable bowel was never being able to go completely in one sitting. My stomach would cramp up painfully, and even after going, I'd feel like something was still there. But nothing else would come out, so I'd have to stop anyway. Then 10 or 20 minutes later, the cramping urge would hit all over again. If I was in a car or traveling somewhere, it would be so embarrassing. This product has been a game-changer though. Now I can take care of everything smoothly in one go. No more painful cramping, and the bloating is under control too, as long as I don't overdo it with instant foods.
      The price feels a bit steep for what you're getting. I'm used to buying products that cost way less per serving, so this one feels pricey in comparison.
