The formula has a rice water texture that's absolutely refreshing! The color reminds me of rice water or a sports drink, and when you apply it, it feels so hydrating with that signature silky, clean sensation. It's smooth and weightless enough that not a single hair sticks to your skin, yet it's packed with essence inside. Just switching to this toner makes your skin feel more refined and compact! For my combination skin that usually needs heavy skincare routines, this alone is enough moisture. It reminds me of that Japanese toner brand, but this one has way better hydration and without that sticky finish. After applying, your skin feels so smooth and touchable that you'll keep wanting to feel it. My sensitive skin that's usually prone to breakouts didn't react at all, and I love that fresh-from-a-bath feeling, so I keep layering it on! If your skin feels only surface-level hydrated no matter what you use and you're dealing with excess oil, I really recommend switching to a hydrating toner for that deep moisture. Your skin becomes so smooth that even just sunscreen makes it look amazing! I used to get so dry with mineral sunscreen that my hairline would feel tight, but goodbye to that dryness! The product performance is excellent, and the matte white packaging design is absolutely beautiful.
    It's harder to find this product than I expected. Since it's becoming a trending brand with all the buzz around rice water cleansing, I wish it were more widely available! But the product itself is genuinely amazing!
    I like to soak a cotton pad with it and place it on my cheeks as a treatment, and when I remove it, my skin looks brighter and clearer!

    First off, I loved how this toner applies as lightly as a water toner but doesn't evaporate easily. Instead, it builds up with a dense, layered hydration that you can really feel sinking into your skin. If you're looking for something lightweight to finish your summer skincare routine with just one product, this toner is absolutely perfect for you! Best of all, true to the Lagom brand's philosophy, this toner passed the gentle formula test, so it's ideal for using as your first step right after cleansing to absorb moisture, or you can soak a cotton pad with it and use it as a quick essence treatment or sheet mask. I personally love using it as a light hydration step, then following with cream and a sheet mask, and it works beautifully even when used like a mask!
    It's a bit stickier than I expected, so I wish the finish felt a little fresher and more refined.
