I tried the small size at Daiso and loved it so much that I immediately bought the large size. I applied all my toner, ampoule, and cream, then layered on the modeling pack, and my skin became so soft and plump! It feels like my skin is completely saturated with moisture! No downsides. They have frequent sales and always include pack tools, which is really great! I heard that using ampoules or serums instead of water when mixing the powder works really well! I tried mixing it with tea tree toner and some Lindsay vitamin product, but it didn't mix well. You might want to experiment a few times to find what blends smoothly. Or there are also bundle sets that come with large-size ampoules, which could be a great option too! If you apply serum generously before using the product, you'll be amazed when you peel off the modeling pack. 1. Hydration: As the weather gets warmer, I've been paying more attention to pore care! I use various modeling masks, but products with a cooling effect rarely have good moisture, so I decided to try this one! I can definitely feel that it's more hydrating and nourishing compared to other modeling masks. The results after use are noticeably different. Other products give a cooling sensation but leave my skin feeling completely dry, while this one has so much moisture that my skin stays dewy even after application! 2. Chocolate Scent: I always do a modeling mask before bed at night, and it feels like I'm getting a professional treatment at a spa! Every time I use this product, it has such a lovely chocolate scent. It's not overwhelming at all, just a pleasant chocolate aroma that makes me happy! Compared to my other masks that smell like mugwort or seaweed, this one definitely feels more luxurious. 3. Value for Money: People around me kept saying all modeling masks are the same and to just buy the cheapest option. But after trying various products myself, I realized they're all a bit different! Products mixed with starch feel really weird and clumpy when applied. Lindsey uses American diatomaceous earth instead of starch powder, so the texture is definitely better. Buy a modeling mask with diatomaceous earth! Lindsey products are affordable and have better ingredients compared to others. Plus, even though my skin is sensitive, I didn't experience any breakouts, which was great! This seems like a really good value product. There's really nothing disappointing about it. If I had to nitpick... 1. Consistency: Since this product emphasizes nourishment and hydration compared to other modeling masks, even when I adjust the powder to liquid ratio to about 1:0.8, it still comes out on the thinner side. You'll need to be careful about adjusting the water when mixing your modeling mask! 2. No Cooling Effect: I didn't expect a cooling effect from this product and already knew it didn't have one when I bought it. However, if someone assumes all modeling masks have a cooling sensation, they might be disappointed after purchasing. If you're looking for a cooling effect, I'd recommend the Tea Tree line from Lindsey instead! 1. For pore care or after extracting blemishes, applying a modeling mask really helps! The diatomaceous earth in the mask absorbs everything cleanly and your skin clears up quickly. 2. Before using the modeling mask, I apply a generous amount of treatment serum or sleeping mask that I received as samples and let it absorb a bit first. This makes the mask feel even more hydrating! After removing the mask and wiping away residue with toner, just one cream application leaves my skin absolutely glowing. This way I also use up my extra skincare products faster. I really recommend modeling masks to anyone who has too many basic skincare products! 3. Oh, and don't forget to apply lip balm before putting the modeling mask on your lips too! My lips tend to be especially dry, but doing this really helps eliminate lip flakiness. 4. Also, I have a larger face, so I use about 2.5 heaping tablespoons of powder without measuring cups (they're too inconvenient!). I add water little by little to get the right consistency. The scent is wonderfully chocolatey, and my skin feels beautifully hydrated and moisturized after using it You really need to get the water ratio just right. If you try to boost the effectiveness by adding a hydrating toner with high moisture content, the mask won't set even after an hour. I found that plain water worked best for me

I'm not sure if the cacao actually calms the skin, but it's a comfortable daily mask to use. Since it's a rubber mask, the essence seems to absorb really well, leaving my skin feeling hydrated and radiant! It's not really a downside, but I also use tea tree products, and comparing the two, the cacao formula is slightly thinner, so I do need to pay a bit of attention to the water ratio when mixing. Not really a special tip - I'm sure you all know this already, but here goes: 1. Apply a functional essence first, then apply the mask! 2. If you mix the powder with a large-size essence instead of water, your skin feels more hydrated and nourished.
