I've been buying this mask every summer for about three years now. It's genuinely excellent at providing that refreshing, cooling sensation. I've been disappointed with Lush products overall lately. The quality doesn't seem to match the price point anymore. After using this mask, I experienced an allergic reaction, which never happened before. I appreciate the gentle cooling sensation and mild exfoliating action this product delivers The exfoliating particles are quite large, so it doesn't really feel like a true scrub. This product does an amazing job of cooling down heat and irritation, and it seems really effective at removing dead skin and flakiness after use. If you have sensitive skin, it can easily cause irritation, and it tends to get stuck in places like between your nails. Compared to the regular mask, this one feels richer and more moisturizing. The texture is smooth without any rough particles, so my skin feels way less irritated! I ordered this from the UK, and compared to the Korean version, the particles are noticeably coarser and have a much stronger minty sensation. While it's more affordable, if you're looking for that intense cooling effect, you might prefer buying the Korean version instead. As for the pore-brightening effect, it only lasts about a day, so you'll need to use it morning and night consistently to see real results. Apply a thick layer about 0.3mm deep, and when it's about 80 percent dry, rinse it off with water. I haven't really noticed any visible changes to my skin yet, to be honest. For the price though, I was hoping for more noticeable results.
