I discovered this sunscreen at my dermatologist's office and loved it so much I had to ask about it and buy it right away. What really impressed me is that unlike regular sunscreens that only protect the skin's surface, this one offers dual protection that shields even deeper layers. It does create a slight white cast when applied, but it doesn't feel heavy or unnatural—it actually gives off a subtle tone-evening effect. As a guy, I really appreciate how it naturally brightens my complexion without needing to layer on a BB cream or anything else. I used to struggle with adult acne, and I had so many laser treatments that my skin became incredibly thin and sensitive. Even gentle lasers cause temporary redness and hive-like bumps now. I also have a condition where my skin swells easily when irritated, almost like mosquito bites. Despite all this, this sunscreen doesn't irritate my skin at all, and it hasn't triggered any breakouts. I've been using it for about two years now and I'm so loyal to it that I just ordered four more bottles because I'm relocating abroad for an extended period.
When I spread it on, there's a slightly rough, draggy feeling to it. It's not that it pulls or tugs at the skin, but the texture does feel a bit stiff. Because of this, I apply a hydrating cream first, and then after some time passes, I'll reapply a small amount of hydrating cream before putting on the sunscreen. Also, at thirty thousand won for fifty milliliters, it's definitely on the pricier side.
If I apply my full skincare routine from cleansing through hydrating cream and don't wait too long before applying sunscreen, it spreads smoothly and evenly. I also really appreciate that it doesn't sting my eyes like some sunscreens do—this one is gentle in that regard.
