The scent is absolutely lovely and the ingredients are fantastic. Once I started using this product, I honestly can't go back to anything else! There's really only one downside, and that's the price. I used to try another brand's shampoo with great ingredients, but something just wasn't working for my hair - I was losing so much of it. When I switched to this product, the hair loss really decreased. The formula is excellent and the price is so fair too! The texture feels a bit stiff, so a conditioner is really necessary. The shampoo smells absolutely wonderful while I'm washing, but the scent doesn't last at all. Once I rinse it out, it basically disappears.

I love that the bottle is generously sized and I can see exactly how much product is left inside. The scent is absolutely wonderful! I usually stick with fragrance-free shampoo for my hair health, but I wanted to treat myself to something with a lovely scent for a mood boost, so I decided to give this a try. I think the original price was around 20,000 won, which seemed way too high, but I managed to snag it for about 7,000 won instead. The ingredient list is really solid and clean. It lathers beautifully and feels great to use. Unfortunately, this caused breakouts on my skin. The ingredients seemed gentle, but I was shocked at how poorly my skin reacted to it. I'm not sure if it's the fragrance, but I started getting painful bumps along my jawline and collarbone that appeared one after another. At first I couldn't figure out what was causing it, but since I hadn't changed anything else in my routine, it had to be this shampoo. The fragrance is also disappointingly weak. Even though the ingredient list is pretty clean overall, the scent doesn't really come through. It just faintly fills the bathroom while I'm washing, and completely disappears once my hair dries. So much for the fragrance component—it just left me with irritation. I was also let down by the musk scent. I was expecting something like The Body Shop's White Musk, but instead it has this subtle baby powder vibe that felt pretty flat and underwhelming. The pump dispenser is also poorly designed. Most pump bottles work smoothly with just a slight turn, but this one kept spinning without dispensing anything, which was really frustrating when I was trying to use it in the shower. While I appreciate a shampoo with clean ingredients, I've realized that I feel more confident and secure using products from established brands with a solid reputation and history. There are so many new brands popping up these days with decent ingredient lists and aggressive marketing, but the failure rate is just too high. This shampoo is incredibly gentle on my scalp - it feels so comfortable to use. The lather is fantastic, and the brand frequently runs sales which is great for the wallet. What really impressed me is the range of fragrances available, and every single one feels luxurious and high-end. I really hope they stick with the current formula without any awkward reformulations. It would be amazing if they also launched a cooling mint shampoo or peppermint option. The main downside is that when there's no sale going on, the price point is a bit steep. Since they don't carry body emulsions or hair essences, it's tough to stay completely loyal to this brand - I end up shopping around for those other products. You might notice the fragrance is more subtle compared to other perfumed shampoos out there, but here's the thing - when a shampoo has a really strong scent, it can actually be harsh on your scalp. Since this is a gentle formula, the lighter fragrance makes sense. It's worth understanding that trade-off.

I was torn between Malcolm shampoo because the fragrance felt overwhelming, so I went with White Musk since everyone said it smelled amazing. But honestly, it's not really my thing to use as a shampoo. I'm a bit disappointed.
