The cooling effect on the scalp is seriously impressive. Other conditioners give me breakouts when I apply them to my scalp, but after using this product on my scalp for 7 days, I haven't experienced any issues so far. The refreshing scent, whether it's peppermint or spearmint, really appeals to me. It's not an overpowering fragrance and it fades nicely, which I love. That said, if you're someone who prefers strong scents, you might feel differently about it. After a week of using this, my hair texture has become noticeably softer. The moment you apply it while shampooing, those tangled strands instantly smooth out. It's truly amazing! The formula is gentle enough to use on your scalp too. They claim it's safe for the scalp, but the ingredients are pretty much the same as any other conditioner, so I'm skeptical. The scent is a bit odd, though thankfully it disappears once you dry your hair. It takes forever to rinse out completely. The bottle opening gets messy really easily. I'm honestly concerned about some of the ingredients.

After using this product, my scalp inflammation has really improved and I'm really happy with it. With other conditioners I've tried, I was careful to apply them only to my hair and avoid my scalp, but this one is designed to be applied directly to the scalp too. It's so convenient because I don't have to think twice about it—I can just apply it freely. The scent isn't quite as nice as the shampoo. With the shampoo, if I didn't control the pressure right, too much would come out and feel wasteful. This conditioner has a different texture, so it doesn't dispense as much, which is actually better. It's so convenient! The shampoo and conditioner both have a refreshing formula, which I assume is to emphasize that fresh, clean feeling for the scalp. I really enjoyed how invigorating they felt. After using them for about two weeks, I've noticed less hair shedding, so I definitely think they're working. The conditioner runs out faster than the shampoo, which is frustrating with the trial kit. Since I have longer hair, I use more product overall, and the set doesn't seem thoughtfully put together. The sizes are just too small. Like I mentioned in my shampoo review, I wish they'd either make the quantities more generous or offer a better range of sizes. Since I prefer to use matching shampoo and conditioner together, it would be ideal if individual products came in larger sizes and sets came in smaller ones. That would actually make sense. With the current small-size set, when one product runs out first, I have to buy another small-size bottle separately, which defeats the purpose. It's not convenient at all. Keep using it consistently!

Since I spent most of my life dealing with too much hair volume, I honestly never paid much attention to scalp or hair care. I mostly used products focused on repairing damaged ends rather than looking for scalp-specific treatments.
