There's a hint of barley tea fragrance, but it's not overpowering and doesn't linger, so you won't find the scent off-putting. As an oil, it's surprisingly lightweight and doesn't feel heavy or greasy at all. It doesn't have that typical oily sensation you'd normally expect. The minimal shine makes it a great option for those with oily skin to try, though I should mention the hydration level is moderate rather than intensely moisturizing. It strikes a nice balance between a light oil feel and decent moisture. The spray dispenser makes it tricky to control how much product you're using. While it does expose the contents to less air than a dropper would, which means it won't oxidize as quickly, the spray shoots out like a water gun, causing it to splatter and making it hard to get the exact number of drops you want. Plus, once the bottle gets down to about a third full, the pump stops dispensing the product effectively.
