The packaging itself is really convenient to use. It's lightweight and fluid, so it doesn't leave a sticky residue when you apply it to your body, making it just as easy to use as a regular body oil. (The texture is much lighter than the unrefined coconut oil you scoop out.) My neck skin is quite sensitive, and whenever I use regular body oils from stores, my body is fine but my neck breaks out in heat rash or allergies. This coconut oil doesn't cause any of those issues, so I use it regularly on my neck. For hair care, I apply this oil generously from the mid-lengths to the ends of my hair about an hour before shampooing. When I wash my hair afterward, I notice significantly less damage and my hair stays less dry. This coconut oil doesn't have that distinctive coconut scent. Since it's so thin and has no fragrance, I'm guessing it's a refined oil. If you're someone who loves that coconut aroma, this might be disappointing. When I use coupons and buy multiple items, I shop on iHerb, but when I'm just buying this one product, Coupang usually has the better price, so that's where I tend to purchase it.

It starts out solid but melts so quickly and absorbs beautifully into the skin. It applies smoothly during massage and smells amazing. The only thing is, whenever I apply it, my dog keeps licking my arms, legs, and feet trying to eat it all off! The fact that even my dog loves it. You really need to apply it sparingly, otherwise it gets all over the floor and then you end up stepping in it and slipping around. I mix this with aloe gel and use it as a stretch mark cream, and my itching disappeared so quickly! Using coconut oil alone feels a bit inconvenient during summer, but mixing it with aloe gel works great for me.
