I picked this up because my cycle was all over the place, and while I can't say for certain how much it's helped, I've definitely noticed my period is becoming more regular since I started taking it. I'm planning to keep using it consistently. The capsules are already pretty big, but wow, they're really huge. It was really easy to take without any unpleasant taste or aftertaste. I actually find evening primrose such an interesting ingredient that it makes me want to keep using it. Since I can't really tell if it's working, I end up skipping it. I bought this because I was experiencing lower back pain during my period. After taking it consistently, the pain has almost completely gone away. I really appreciate that each dose comes individually packaged. The pills are a bit on the larger side, and having to take four pills daily feels a little inconvenient. My cycle was all over the place, so I started taking this consistently. After about two months of regular use, I noticed my routine was actually getting back on track. It worked really well for me. It suited me so well that I honestly didn't find anything disappointing about it.

Hygienic individual packaging I used to take evening primrose extract supplements, and while they were good, the strong fishy odor was really off-putting. That's when I discovered Nutricore's product while searching for alternatives. The biggest advantage is definitely that it completely eliminates that distinctive fishy smell that evening primrose extract typically has. Because of this, I have no hesitation taking it at all. Plus, unlike other brands, it comes in hygienic individual aluminum packets, which gives me peace of mind. I also appreciate that it's sold in two convenient sizes - 120 or 600 capsules - so once you buy it, you have a good supply for quite a while. And on top of all that, the fact that it exceeds the recommended daily intake of gamma-linolenic acid is another real plus. 1. About 100 won more expensive per capsule compared to other brands 2. The capsule size is quite large The main drawback is that it's a bit pricier than competitor products. While other brands charge around 200 won per capsule, Nutricore's product costs about 100 won more per capsule. Also, while it's unavoidable, the capsule itself is fairly large, which might be a bit challenging for people who have difficulty swallowing pills. Since I take it for my skin health, I consume 2 capsules daily - one in the morning and one in the afternoon.
