    I previously reviewed psyllium husk fiber supplements, and when prices suddenly skyrocketed, I did extensive research to find an alternative. That's how I discovered Naturalize Premium Psyllium Husk Fiber, and I'm excited to share my thoughts on it. As I've mentioned before, the reason I take psyllium husk fiber is because I notice a significant difference in my digestive regularity before and after using it. Naturalize Premium Psyllium Husk Fiber is quite similar to my previous fiber supplement. It comes in individual packets of ultra-fine powder that you dissolve in lukewarm water and drink. It has a subtle orange flavor, and I follow it up with two more cups of water. I've found that drinking plenty of water really helps maximize the effectiveness of psyllium husk fiber. One thing to keep in mind: because the particles are so fine, you need to mix and drink it quickly. If you wait too long, it becomes gel-like and any undissolved powder hardens. Just be aware of this timing. Honestly, my previous psyllium husk fiber worked almost like a digestive cleanse with very noticeable results. This new one is different for me because I have a sensitive system, and corn ingredients sometimes trigger constipation or hardness for me. Since this formula has a higher psyllium husk content, I was hopeful it would work better, and I'm pleased to say the digestive results have been quite satisfactory. The price is reasonable when you buy multiple packets during brand promotions, and since this is a reformulated version, it doesn't seem like it will be discontinued anytime soon. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.
    I wish they would reformulate the secondary ingredients to replace the corn component with something else. Of course, this is partly due to my own sensitive system.
    Dissolve in lukewarm water and drink right away, and make sure to drink plenty of water throughout the day!
