      I purchased this in September 2025. The bottle contained 80 gummies total. Vitamin C effectiveness does seem to be there. Results I noticed: ① I had severe inflammatory acne on my skin (the deep kind, not just surface pustules) that was itchy and swollen, making me really uncomfortable. After taking 2-3 of these vitamin gummies, within about 40 minutes the swelling went completely flat. (Though it did come back in that area when my body got tired again.) The improvement lasted throughout that day, and the next day it didn't flare up again or anything like that. ② Fatigue recovery and menstrual support. The instructions say to take 2 gummies daily, but I found that wasn't enough for me, so during times of skin inflammation, fatigue, or my period, I'd take anywhere from 6-10 gummies a day. Taking them during my period seemed to help too (I can't say for certain, but it felt helpful). I noticed I had less cramping and lower abdominal heaviness than usual. Taste: It's quite sour. If you've ever eaten a whole bag of sour gummies and noticed your teeth getting increasingly sensitive, and then felt that sensitivity continue even when eating other foods afterward, that's exactly what this is like. The difference is that with these vitamin C gummies, even just one gummy makes your teeth sensitive. So I'd recommend dissolving the outer surface as much as possible on your tongue first, and only chewing it once it's softened and gotten a bit sticky. Repurchase intention: Not really. There are plenty of other orange-flavored gummies out there that are easier to consume and seem to have similar benefits, so I don't think I'll keep repurchasing just the Nature Made brand.
      It's quite sour (even with just one gummy). So at first, dissolve it gently on your tongue before taking it.
