    The cleansing power is gentle and creamy rather than squeaky-clean feeling. I'm really satisfied because my skin doesn't feel tight after washing. The product has a slight minty, cooling sensation when I use it, but it doesn't irritate my skin. It seems to give my complexion a refreshing feel, though it's temporary so it's not a deal-breaker. The lather is rich and the texture is smooth and creamy, which I appreciate. I'm continuing to use it regularly and I'm happy with it.
    The minty, cooling sensation that comes up could be skipped entirely. Since it's just a temporary effect, I don't really feel like my skin is getting significantly refreshed or cooled down.
    When I create a rich, dense lather and cleanse gently without any irritation, the finish feels wonderfully hydrated with no tightness afterward, which is exactly what I love.

    I tried the Cool Lime body wash first, and I was so happy with both the scent and the cooling effect that I ended up buying the entire shampoo line from the same collection on Phoebe! I've been using it ever since! The blue color already looks refreshing just looking at it. Since this is a cleansing product, the lime scent is more subtle and delicate compared to the regular hair and body products in the line. When I cleanse with cool water, I can really feel that cooling effect so much better. Right after washing my face, if I stand in front of a fan, it feels even more refreshing and invigorating. I naturally have some redness on my skin, and on hot days like these when I come back outside, my skin gets flushed and feels so hot. But when I use this with cool water to wash my face, that heat sensation just disappears! It really does help lower my skin temperature! If you're someone who loves a cooling sensation in your summer skincare routine, I totally recommend this! It lathers really well even when I just pour a little into my palm and rub it, so it works great for both morning and evening deep cleansing. It has that satisfying squeaky-clean feeling!
    The only thing is, I don't really have any complaints. I'm really satisfied and using it well!
    If the strong menthol sensation feels too intense for you and you'd prefer a more subtle cooling effect, definitely try the body wash and shampoo from the same line! The scent is lovely and gives you that gentle refreshing feeling.
