It's super easy to apply with a smooth, seamless finish, and I'm really impressed by the subtle shimmer and dewy glow it gives. The shade is absolutely perfect for cool undertones like mine. Even with just one layer over sunscreen, the color payoff is beautiful and never feels heavy or overdone. The staying power just isn't there for me. It fades way too quickly, and even though this lip tint has so many great qualities, I honestly wouldn't repurchase it or recommend it to others. I'm not usually a lipstick person, but this one feels like a smooth lip balm that glides on effortlessly. It's so hydrating and convenient to apply! It's marketed as a lip tint, but it feels more like a tinted lip balm. The color washes away easily when I eat or drink, and when I wear it alone, the color payoff on my lips feels quite sheer and underwhelming.

You know how you sometimes see actresses in movies and ads with lips that look like they have a natural flush rather than a heavy lipstick application? Well, this delivers exactly that effect with just a few swipes! The texture feels oily, but in the best way. There's no thickness, stickiness, or that suffocating feeling at all. The formula layers beautifully, and when applied, it gives off a gorgeous glossy shine. As time passes, some of that glossiness fades, but it doesn't dry out or emphasize texture. It stays comfortable. I'm using shade 6 Pink Red, though it actually reads more like a pink coral. Because the color payoff is so sheer, it just enhances my natural lip tone with a pinker hue. Applying it two or three times gives the prettiest result. At first, it seems quite light, but as it sets and the color develops, it creates this beautiful natural redness that blends seamlessly with my lips. It looks so effortlessly beautiful! Just be careful not to over-apply if you think it's too light at first, or you might end up with an overly bright finish. You might think this is similar to a tinted lip balm, but it's completely different. Tinted lip balms can look patchy and don't layer well, plus they have that heavy balm feeling. This applies smoothly and evenly with a light, clean finish and impressive staying power. Compared to typical sheer, moisturizing lipsticks, this feels so much lighter and more transparent. It's a completely different experience. While some transfer does happen initially, as it sets and gets absorbed, the transfer decreases significantly. The color payoff means the staying power is actually better than expected. Most sheer lip products don't last long, so this was a pleasant surprise! The main downside is that it's a Japanese product. Moisturizing formulas like this tend to run out quickly, and the price point isn't exactly budget-friendly, which is a bit disappointing. That said, this product delivers a feeling I've never experienced before. I haven't found a replacement, so I keep repurchasing it. I really hope Korean beauty retailers will launch something similar soon! Because the color is so light and naturally enhances your lip tone, it works beautifully for anyone wanting a natural lip look regardless of their undertone. If you have a lighter complexion and struggle with bold lip colors, you absolutely need to try this. I used shade 06 pink red! Color: On my wrist, it had a pink undertone, but when I applied it to my lips, it was more of a coral-tinted red than pink. Color payoff: Medium. Application: Excellent. Adhesion: Poor. Longevity: Medium. Would I repurchase: Yes. The reason I gave this my highest score is that it's incredibly effective at smoothing away lip flakiness, even better than a lip balm when my lips are feeling rough. While the color payoff isn't super intense, using this as a base instead of a lip balm and then layering other pigmented lip products on top creates such a beautiful lip look. The shade is actually more of a true red with less pink than I expected, and it works beautifully whether you have warm or cool undertones! While it feels moisturizing, it does fall short when it comes to staying power and how well it adheres to the lips. I use it as a lip balm substitute, and when I apply this first and then layer other lip products on top, it smooths out any dry patches and makes my lips look plump and full.
