1) This patch is incredibly thin and transparent, so it's virtually invisible when applied. It's so thin against the skin that you can barely see it, but when you touch it, there's a slightly sticky texture that feels secure and reassuring. Since it's not a shiny material, it looks completely natural even over makeup. You can use it worry-free not just before bed, but also before important outings or appointments. 2) The tea tree ingredient provides a soothing effect. When you notice signs of inflamed acne starting to form, applying this patch the night before really makes a difference—the redness noticeably calms down by the next day, and for more severe breakouts with buildup, extraction becomes much easier. The tea tree has a subtle scent, but it's not bothersome at all. 3) The adhesion is solid with minimal lifting. Even though it's not a moisture-heavy gel formula, it stays put until you wash it off without drying out or peeling up. You can wear it all day long without any issues. 1) For highly exuding breakouts, the absorption could be better. With oily or pus-filled acne, the absorption feels slightly insufficient, so even after wearing it overnight, the breakout doesn't improve much and stays about the same. In those cases, it works better as a soothing treatment after extraction. 2) For really deep-seated blemishes, the results are underwhelming. With acne that's deeply embedded in the skin, changes happen slowly even with the patch on, so don't expect immediate results or you'll be disappointed. For those stubborn cases, an anti-inflammatory injection would be the better choice. 1) I recommend applying the patch to completely dry skin before your skincare routine. If there's any residual oil, the adhesion weakens, so after cleansing, just use a toner to prep your skin texture and apply the patch right away—that's the best approach! 2) If you're planning to do makeup, apply the patch first, then gently tap your base product on with a cushion applicator. Using a puff instead of a brush and applying it gently will keep the patch from lifting and create a seamless, natural finish. 3) Using the patch as a soothing treatment after extraction creates a synergistic effect! For irritated and reddened areas, the tea tree provides anti-inflammatory cooling benefits while the patch offers protective coverage, so your skin calms down much faster by the next day.
