I've been using this for about two months now. When I apply the emulsion right after the essence, it goes on smoothly without feeling dry or tight, and it absorbs beautifully with a dewy finish. I gently pat it in with small amounts, and there's no white cast at all. I applied it to my child's face and tried washing my hands with just water, but it didn't rinse off completely. It feels like there's a coating that won't come off. Since my child can't use soap on their face, I need to wipe it with a cleansing water and then rinse it off, but I forget to do that some days. So I searched for a gentle sunscreen and bought this after seeing recommendations everywhere. I've been using it for about two weeks now and I haven't had any breakouts at all. The white cast actually gives a nice brightening effect, which I love! There were nights I even fell asleep without washing my face, and still no irritation - it's my holy grail! Now I finally have a sunscreen I can wear all summer long! When I use oily formulas, my pores get clogged and I get some small bumps. But this product is so gentle that I don't get any breakouts even when I sleep without cleansing. Plus it hydrates my skin, so my dryness has completely disappeared. I wish it came in a pump bottle too. The price is a bit steep, which is the only downside.

I discovered this sunscreen after having a terrible experience with a popular baby sunscreen that claimed to have great ingredients. It caused contact dermatitis so severe it felt like a burn. I was researching kids sunscreens without heavy white cast when I found this one. Nowadays, many brands claim to be non-nano but they break down the particles to eliminate white cast and improve absorption, which backfired for me. That product left my skin feeling irritated, dry, and my pores were a mess. This one feels like it keeps the particles intact, so yes, there's a white cast, but my skin feels so much more comfortable and protected because of it. It's honestly one of the few baby sunscreens I can use with complete peace of mind. The only minor thing is that the white cast is noticeable right after application, but it fades away once it sets. I bought this for my 18-month-old after they got a bad sunburn. The SPF is a bit lower, but that seems to be standard for washable sunscreens. I really love how gentle it is on my baby's skin and that it washes off easily. Even though it's washable, since it's mineral-based, I do a double cleanse with a gentle foam wash. That said, it still seems to come off more easily than other higher SPF sunscreens I've tried.
