I'm not sure if it delivers long-term results, and it's hard to verify the ingredient concentrations. That said, I can definitely confirm it does brighten the skin. The color difference between the treated and untreated areas isn't obvious in photos, but in person it's really noticeable. The brightening effect just turns white. It has a baby powder scent and comes in a generous amount. Since it has sun protection, I mainly use it as sunscreen on my neck and arms. Here's the thing - whenever the white powder touches anything, it leaves marks everywhere. I didn't expect this at first and went out wearing a black shirt, only to end up with white streaks all over my neck area like some kind of pattern. I was so embarrassed. Even washing it with water outside didn't remove it well, just left stains behind. After that experience, I only wear light-colored clothing when I apply this cream.

For other skin tones, I'd honestly recommend Nine Wish Body Tone-Up Cream instead. It blends so naturally and gives you a smooth, seamless tone-up that matches your actual complexion >The application isn't as silky-smooth as an emulsion. The formula itself is soft, but you really need to apply a lot of product. It feels dry while you're applying it >The tone-up effect is seriously impressive >If dark clothes or a car seat touches it, it won't wash out. The sun protection is higher than Nine Wish 0, but when I used only Nine Wish alone on my neck and shoulders, I ended up getting sunburned on just my trapezius area. What really stands out is the price. For this amount of product at this price point, I'm honestly pretty satisfied. The application is slightly matte like a powder foundation, but if you control the amount well, it blends incredibly smoothly. It's quite dry and stiff, seriously. If you wear textured fabrics like knit and rub it on heavily, the formula just flakes right off. Since it can feel quite dry, I'd recommend applying a moisturizer or emulsion to hydrate your skin first. If you have body hair, you'll notice white streaks appearing as you apply it (trust me, you don't want to discover this yourself). I really can't recommend this one either. It applies smoothly and smells wonderful, but honestly, that's where the positives end. The scent is nice, but the formula itself? Not so much. It goes on thick and doesn't look natural at all. The product dispenses way too much at once, gets everywhere, and just runs all over the place. Before I could even experience the sun protection benefits, I'd already spent ages trying to blend it in. The creases on my skin show the product buildup so clearly. I applied it to my face and went out, and every single friend told me it was obvious and that my skin looked way too pale. Honestly, controlling the amount is incredibly difficult. Yes, it does seem to offer sun protection, but you might end up looking washed out. I love the idea of a tinted sunscreen that does everything in one step, but this one just isn't quite there yet. The execution is tricky. Bottom line: I can't recommend it. Like I mentioned, the only real advantage is the fragrance, and even that's pretty much it. There aren't many positives to speak of, honestly. This tinted body cream has way more drawbacks than benefits, and it seems like it needs more development before it's ready.
